How do I know which package is best for my home?
Ready to have fall delivered but unsure which option is right for you? Here are a few quick tips to help guide your decision:
The Pumpkin Lover – Our most versatile option, perfect for homes with smaller front entries. Add hay and mums, and you’ve got a cozy, charming spread. You might be surprised at how far 15 pumpkins can go!
The Fall Fanatic – The best all-around choice. Ideal for porches with multiple levels, wide steps, or just a little extra space to show off some fall flair. This option clearly states that you are a fall lover from the curb view;)
The Autumn Addict – The name says it all! Perfect for large porches, multiple entryways, or wow-worthy event spaces. Please contact us for a quote for large or event-specific displays such as weddings, businesses, or festivals.

Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! We’re happy to create a custom design that fits your space or event — whether it’s a specific color scheme, a business entrance, a precise layout, or a random idea that will surely become an insta-worthy fall moment…just reach out and we’ll bring your vision to life. (We also have a lot of ideas we want to try, so feel free to get creative with us!)

Do I need to pay when I order?
Yes, a credit card is required at checkout to secure your order.
Do I need to clear my porch?
Only if you want. We will work with and around your current decor. So if there is anything you’d love to have incorporated (flowers, signage, decorations, etc.) leave it out for us and/or drop us a line. We’ll do our best to infuse your personality! Same goes for anything you don’t want us to touch. If you do NOT want anything incorporated, please make a note or remove it from the display area. Our goal is to make your design a cohesive, curated hug as you enter your home. So if it’s there, we might just use it;)

What can I expect with my delivery?
Pumpkin deliveries will take place between September 22 and October 19. You don’t need to be home — we’ll set everything up on your front porch unless otherwise noted in your order.
You’ll be able to select a preferred delivery date when you add to cart. While we’ll do our best to honor your selection, we can’t guarantee exact delivery timing. If your delivery week changes, we’ll notify you by email.
Have a must-receive-by date? Let us know! We’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
How do I select my Delivery Zone?
When you checkout, the “delivery” or “shipping” address should be where you want your pumpkins delivered. The zip code you enter should automatically calculate the delivery fee. Packages delivered within Columbia limits are FREE (zip codes 65201, 65202 & 65203). Packages delivered outside of Columbia but within Boone County and Boonville will incur a $35 delivery fee.

How should I care for my pumpkins?
We deliver pumpkins fresh from the patch — which means natural variations in shape, size, and color are part of the charm! While we handpick for quality, we can’t guarantee how long your pumpkins will last and are unable to replace any that begin to rot.
To help keep your display looking its best, here are a few of our favorite tips for extending the life of your pumpkins:
One bad pumpkin can spoil the bunch. Check your display regularly and remove any pumpkins showing signs of rot to help preserve the rest.
Give them a little scrub. A diluted bleach bath or pumpkin-safe sealant can help prevent mold and extend their shelf life.
Keep them dry. Try placing water-wicking materials like burlap underneath your pumpkins, and avoid letting water pool on top.
With a little care, your porch patch can stay festive all season long!
What to expect for the End of Season Pick-Up?
Customers in the city of Columbia who have selected end-of-season pick-up will be able to choose to have their pumpkins removed the week after Halloween or after Thanksgiving. You will be prompted to choose your preferred pick-up week when purchasing the pick-up add-on.
Pick-ups may take place any day of your selected week (including Saturday and Sunday). You do not need to be home at the time of your pick-up. Only uncarved pumpkins and hay will be removed. We request you dispose of your carved pumpkins.
What is your Refund Policy?
All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, email thepatchandporch@gmail.com. If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order due to an issue on our end, you will be reimbursed.
